Cleanup and Drying After Rain Damage
Geneva business is flooded by heavy rains.
Having the right restoration company makes a big difference when it comes to drying a large building. There are little nuances of drying especially when there are different types of materials.
This building had a concrete floor, a brick outer wall, and a particle board inner wall. Each one had to be cleaned and dried differently to assure there was no bacteria left from the flood, and completely dry. Brick can become more dry at 10% vs concrete that usually stays at 20%. The wooden was removed because of the flood damage and later repainted and restored.
