Flood Line Higher Than The Door

Looking at the first picture you can tell that the flood line was really high to this walkout basement. It had mud and trash throughout the entire house.

When SERVPRO of St. Charles / Geneva / Batavia was called to help we knew right away that the place was going to need to be gutted. Everything was removed to the studs and looking very bare.

With a bare floor plan the owners took the opportunity and upgraded their carpet to wood floors. Insurance companies do not pay for upgrades but allow it if the homeowner wants to pay the difference out of their pocket.
