Book Store Suffers Water Damage

The water in this bookstore was luckily from a supply line that was lower to the ground. The books and stationary was not ruined at all by the flooding. Management called their insurance as soon as they noticed the water leaking from the restroom. Their mistake was not shutting off the valve in their panic to figure out what was needed.

Their insurance company called SERVPRO of St. Charles / Geneva / Batavia to cleanup the water and assure the humidity levels didn't get too high. All the paper products would take on the humidity and begin to swell if left out of hand.
